Sign-Up for e-Delivery
Each shareholder in your household that would like to receive e-mail notification
must enroll separately, using the Social Security Number on his/her account. If
you would like to receive one e-mail notification for all shareholders within your
household, you will need to enroll each Social Security Number with the same e-mail
address.
E-mail addresses are kept strictly confidential and are used only by Voya Investment Management for
Fund-related communications. Also, your enrollment in Voya Investment Management's e-Delivery program
will continue as long as your account remains active, or until you cancel your enrollment.
If you have any questions about our e-Delivery program, please call 1-800-992-0180.
You must complete all 5 steps to enroll:
Description of Service
You are consenting to receive announcements for all electronically available material,
including, but not limited to, annual and semi-annual reports, special announcements,
quarterly reports, prospectuses, supplements to the prospectus and proxies. All
accounts associated with the Social Security/Tax ID Number entered above will automatically
be enrolled for this service. The Internet address (URL) where the materials are
available will be contained within the e-mail announcement. Materials referenced
within the e-mail announcement may be viewed electronically, or printed, via the
Internet.
Failure of E-Mail Address: If, during a distribution, your E-mail address proves
to be invalid, your enrollment in this electronic delivery service will be suspended,
and you will receive a letter advising you that an attempt to notify you via E-mail
had failed. This letter will provide the URL to the electronic material, and will
contain instructions to visit www.voyafunds.com
and click on "e-Delivery" to reactivate your enrollment.
Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs
associated with electronic access to the documents, such as usage charges from Internet
access providers and telephone companies. These costs are your responsibility.
If, after enrollment in e-Delivery, you would like to receive a printed set of shareholder
material for a particular fund, in addition to your e-mail notification, you may
request hard copy delivery by calling 1-800-992-0180.
