If you wish to take advantage of these services, you must have an e-mail account. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment. To receive e-mail notification when annual report and proxy materials and other shareholder communications are available for online review, please provide the information requested on the right. When the materials are available on the Internet, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the document. Documents which are not available electronically will be sent to you by mail. Your enrollment in the new online program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address and Personal Identification Number (PIN) or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning to this site and clicking on the change/cancel existing enrollment link. Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies, and risks, such as system outages, associated with electronic access to our documents. These costs and risks are your responsibility. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well.
