Raymond James is pleased to offer convenient online viewing of shareholder communications, including fund prospectuses, annual reports, and proxy statements.

You may elect electronic delivery through Raymond James Investor Access – our convenient and secure way to access your accounts online – where you may also select delivery preferences for other account documents such as statements and trade confirmations.

Simply follow the steps below to opt for electronic delivery of your shareholder communications.

If you have already enrolled in Investor Access:

1. Log in to Investor Access at https://raymondjames.com/investoraccess 2. Select the Account Services tab.On the Client Tools tab, follow the on-screen instructions to     manage your shareholder communication delivery preferences.

If you need to enroll in Investor Access:

Go to https://raymondjames.com/investoraccess and click the "Enroll in Investor Access" link. You will
need your Raymond James account number to enroll. You may also contact your Raymond James
financial advisor to get the process started.
