Change Profile / Cancel Enrollment

You can change your online profile or cancel your enrollment for electronic delivery notification of Chevron stockholder communications, including annual reports and proxy statements online.

You must complete all 8 steps

1. Enter your Account Number

Your account number is printed on every dividend check and deposit notice. Enter all characters that appear including dashes.

2. Re-enter your Account Number

3. Enter your email address

4. Re-enter your email address

5. Enter your 4-digit PIN

6. Re-enter your 4-digit PIN

7. Please complete the CAPTCHA challenge.

8. Click the Change Profile or Cancel Enrollment button

Hardware and Software Required to Use Service

Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and email software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies, and risks, such as system outages, associated with electronic access to our documents. These costs and risks are your responsibility. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some material may be electronically published in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat viewer software. This viewer is available for download, free-of-charge, from www.adobe.com.
