Electronic Prospectus Delivery

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC requests you to consent to receive by email at the address that you designate below, the final prospectuses for each mutual fund, exchange traded fund("ETF") or unit investment trust("UIT") transaction for which we are required to deliver to you a final prospectus and for which you have indicated an interest. If you consent, for transactions in mutual funds, ETFs, and UITs, delivery of the final prospectuses by email will replace delivery of these documents in hard copy to your regular emailing address.

Please note that your consent to the delivery the final prospectuses by email shall be considered to be an ongoing and indefinite consent unless and until you revoke your consent by visiting www.icsdelivery.com or calling your relationship manager at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, which you may do at anytime. Any revocation of your consent must be in whole and not in part, and will result in our reverting to mailing hard copies of preliminary and final propsectuses to the mailing address that we have on file for you.

Upon receipt of your consent, for each mutual fund, ETF, and or UIT transaction that requires that we deliver to you a final prospectus, we will send you an email and your unique enrollment number, after which you will begin receiving e-mail announcements that will include the internet address(URL) where the prospectus(es) can be viewed and printed. Once you receive an email notice with the internet address where the final prospectus can be viewed and printed, you will need to close the email and have access to a computer where you have internet access and the ability to open and view [pdf files]. you should take steps to ensure that the computer you use for this purpose is secure inorder to protect your privacy. Please note that we will deem emails sent to you at the address you indicate to have been received by you unless we receive an electronic message in response informing us that it has not been received. If your email address changes, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately [by phone or written or electronic communication].

By completing all 8 steps below, I consent that Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC may deliver to me, at the email address indicated below and in the manner described above, the final prospectus for each mutual fund, ETF, and or UIT transaction for which Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is required to deliver to me the final prospectus, for the account(s) of which I am the beneficial owner, listed below. I understand that by my consent, delivery of the final prospectuses by email will replace delivery of these documents in hard copy to my regular mailing address. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Failure of E-Mail Address
if, during a distribution, your e-mail address proves to be invalid, your enrollment in this electronic delivery service will be cancelled and you will receive a hard-copy notification of the announcement. This notification will provide the URL to the electronic material, and will contain instructions to visit http://investordelivery.com to re-enroll. We will not be required to provide any notice to you before cancelling your enrollment if a document is not available electronically it will be sent to you in paper form by [regular] mail.

Option to Receive Hard copy
if, after enrolling in this electronic delivery service, you would like to receive a printed final prospectus for a particular mutual fund, ETF or UIT security, in addition to yout=r e-mail notification, Please contact your Relatioonship Manager.

To Update your Information or Cancel Enrollment
Visit www.icsdelivery.com and your unique enrollment number to update your profile information, such as e-mail address or personal identification number (PIN), or you may cancel your participation in electronic delivery by selecting the cancellation option. Alternatively you can contact your Relationship Manager and provide a written revocation.

Hardware and Software Required to use Service
Enrollment in this electronic deilivery service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®, or equivalent, and e-mail software, as well as communications access to the Internet. This access may incur charges from Internet Service Providers and local telephone companies, and you should check with your Internet provider what those charges are. The broker, bank, issuing corporation or mutual fund will not be responsible for the costs associated with electronic access; these costs are the responsibility of the beneficial owner of the enrolled account(s).Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well.Some issuers electronically publish their materials in Portable Document Format(PDF). In order to view PDF- formatted documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
